Trainee - Associate Technical Support Engineer

Requirements

• Understanding of REST APIs

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Prompt Engineering
