About the Role

As the SoftwareDevelopment Team Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering high-impactsolutions for clients across various industries. You'll guide a talented teamof developers and testers, ensuring best practices in design, development,security, and quality, all while working with the latest technologies.

What Youll Do

• Lead and mentor a multi-functional team of software engineers and QA professionals.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, UX/UI Designers, DevSecOps, and Project Managers to turn complex requirements into reliable, scalable applications.
• Develop and maintain software using modern architectures, including Microservices and Event-Driven models.
• Promote secure coding standards and integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide technical insight, updates, and recommendations.
• Embrace emerging tech, including AI tools, to improve the software development lifecycle.

Who Were Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or senior role.
• Proven skills in .NET, React, React Native, and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of Microservices, Cloud-Native, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Practical knowledge of software testing methodologies and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Jest).
• Familiar with secure SDLC practices and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or others.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A genuine passion for learning, mentoring, and adopting new technologies.
