Job Description
As a Senior Actuarial Analyst, you will play a key role on client teams, analyzing data, building models, and contributing insights that help shape client strategies. Opportunities to engage with clients, support new business efforts, and participate in Athena’s broader community are also provided.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in health actuarial roles
- Progress toward ASA or FSA designation, with at least one exam passed
- Proven problem-solving skills and a strong drive to learn
- Commitment to Athena’s mission and values
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote-first environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
