Plumbing and Mechanical Estimator

This position will report to Nash Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global.

• Brief Description of Role:This person will prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information and analyzing important metrics. They will provide knowledge of the cost and benefits that support profitable business decisions, determine key variables, and gather information from sites, blueprints, vendors, subcontractors, and experience. The estimator must also be thorough and adept in managing relationships with key people

• Required Skills and Experience:
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam Revu, and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Thoroughness and reliability.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Mechanical and/or plumbing experience required.
