Medical Live Scribe - (US Dermatology or Aesthetic Experience required)

Staffing for Doctors is currently hiring a Medical Live Scribe with specialized experience in US Dermatology or Aesthetic medicine. This role involves real-time documentation of patient encounters, supporting dermatologists and aesthetic practitioners in maintaining thorough and accurate medical records.

The Medical Live Scribe will work closely with providers to facilitate efficient clinical workflows, ensuring all patient interactions are properly documented in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time medical scribing during patient visits in dermatology or aesthetic medicine settings
• Accurately document clinical notes, patient histories, procedures, and treatment plans in the EMR
• Collaborate with providers to ensure completeness and accuracy of medical records
• Assist with chart review and preparation prior to patient encounters
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a medical scribe or similar role within US dermatology or aesthetic medicine practice
• Familiarity with dermatology/aesthetic medical terminology and clinical workflows
• Strong proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
