Marketing Specialist (Full-time | Remote | AUS hours)

About the Role:

We are hiring for one of our Australian finance industry clients seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to take ownership of the entire marketing function. This is a hands-on role covering content marketing, paid advertising, CRM and marketing automation, landing page optimization, email marketing, and LinkedIn lead generation.

Content Marketing

• • Plan and manage content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Paid Advertising

• • Launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns.

Landing Pages

• • Optimize and update landing pages to improve lead conversion rates.

CRM & Marketing Automation

• • Manage GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM, including pipeline setup and maintenance.
  • Build and manage email and SMS automation workflows.
  • Create and maintain lead nurturing and follow-up systems.

Lead Management

• • Develop and manage an effective lead response process to engage prospects immediately after appointments are booked.

Email Marketing

• • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences.

LinkedIn Lead Generation

• • Manage LinkedIn outreach and lead generation to build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Proven success managing Meta Ads and Google Search Ads with measurable results.
• Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.
• Experience with LinkedIn lead generation.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, paid advertising, CRM management, and marketing automation.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the marketing function.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
