Leadership Development Program- Wind Operations

The Leadership Development Program- Wind Operations is a 5-month rotational program that includes training and rotational assignments between two of NextEra Energy's current facilities. The program aims to develop leaders in the wind operations field and provide them with the skills and knowledge needed to manage and lead wind power generation facilities safely and efficiently. Upon completion of the program, participants will be assigned to a final site within NextEra Energy's US portfolio.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's Degree in business/engineering or 5 years of equivalent experience in a leadership role
• Demonstrated adaptability to different geographic locations for potential future roles
• At least five years of hands-on experience in leading field services operations, preferably within wind turbines or rotating equipment
• Proficiency in collaborating effectively within a complex organizational structure and across all levels of the Company
• Strong executive presentation skills
• Quality Tools and Techniques, Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• Proficient in network infrastructure, communication protocols, and web technology
• Established track record of managing profit and loss responsibilities
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and a track record of thriving in cross-functional environments
