Requirements

• Pickleball playing, coaching or reffing experience
• Creative, over-the-top, and electric
• Must thrive on building relationships/community;
• Have great communication skills;
• Be enthusiastic and outgoing;
• Be able to think on your feet and problem-solve;
• Have a positive and adaptable approach to customers;
• Must commit for the entire season (7-8 week season), with flexibility on weather;
