Greenlight is a fintech company that helps parents raise financially smart kids. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to optimize the digital customer journey and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), growth marketing, product growth or performance UX roles
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries preferred
• Proven track record of increasing conversion rates through experimentation and UX optimizations
• Hands-on experience managing MarTech stacks and marketing tracking implementations
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, engineering, analytics and lifecycle teams
