Speechify is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer to build and own the technical systems that power their outbound motion for SIMBA Voice Agents, a product that deploys natural, human-sounding AI voice agents in 71+ languages with sub-second latency.
Requirements
- Solid experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps role with a heavy technical lean
- Experience building outbound systems from scratch
- Deep hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack
- Ability to ship fast, keep things simple, and not wait for permission
