Mercor is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to join their team as a Red Team Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in red teaming, AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing and be fluent in English and German.

- Ability to explain risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
