We are seeking a Career Coach - AI Trainer to build long-horizon career and study tasks, develop scenarios for career artifacts, and create interview prep materials using verified background files and competency lists.
Requirements
- 3+ years in career coaching, resume writing, tutoring, instructional design, or similar
- Expertise in ATS-optimized resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview prep frameworks (STAR, CARL), study plan construction, or major standardized exam prep
- Clear written communication skills to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics
